Malware has been around a long time. This is a term for any program that is malicious, even a code, that harms a system. If your computer has began acting weird you could have malware infecting it. If ads are popping up all over or your PC has slowed down it could be due to malware. There are many ways you might get this unwanted software. Even opening some emails can give it the opportunity. @celticeagle Yes, They cleared out all our programs and restored them, then put in better protection.

Thanks for the link. After some previous viral adventures I got myself some anti-virus/malware software protection.
