A Walk In The Woods

Wouldn't it be nice to take a long walk in the woods on a beautiful summers day? Imagine that it is cool and breezy, all the animals are standing by watching you pass, chattering to each other.
As you follow a path along a stream you come upon a beautiful bridge arched over a little offlet of the larger stream. The water makes babbling noises singing out it's happiness at being free to flow.
The wind blows gently through the leaves of the trees making a pleasant rustling sound as you walk along the path.
What a beautiful day it would be, what a wonderful time it would be, to be walking along that path in the woods.

It sounds nice, but i wouldnt enjoy it in real life. Hate being in the woods.

All through the Smoky Mountains there are signs that say “quiet walkway,” that let you just take a quick stop and refresh yourself by strolling in the woods. There’s a park nearby that has a creek in it that’s great for a comforting, rejuvenating walk, too.

I grew up in a country atmosphere and we had brooks like this in our neighborhood. It was wonderful walking and playing by the brook and you brought back some nice memories.
