Dysania is a new word to me but not a new concept.
It doesn't effect me often and I'm grateful for that.
I struggle with it most after I've had one of those nights when I wake up at 3 or 4 a. m. and just cannot get back to sleep for an hour or so. Frustrating!
Does anyone else experience dysania? If so, how often?

Oh yes I sometimes face this and maybe that is because my body sleep cycle is like that. I am normally awake from 12 to 4 so my body doesn't let me sleep during that time and if by chance I fall asleep at 12, it will awake me at 2 and then whole night I stay awake like an owl.
still I am trying to improve on it

Thanks for your comment @ShifaLk. It's really hard to change our personal body sleep-clock!
