Challenging sometimes!

Some people are easy to deal with while some are challenging. Some of my close ones under stress tend to ask for help or feels good if someone is there and that is something which is really good. But some are such who don't like anyone to intervene and want to be fine by themselves. They just need time and space and then they will be fine, they will cool down and sort everything by own. With such people it is better to just be there but not intervene in anything. Ask them, try but don't be too much involved because it pisses them off. I tend to get really upset when they are tensed but can't do anything. This becomes challenging for me sometimes. Currently one of my close friend is upset and he is one of these. I'm quiet yet really concerned for him. I hope everything will be fine with him soon. Does this happens with you too?

Actually, I am one of them. But I am learning to let go and move on because I can't depend on people to be there for me anyway.

If you really can't do anything with the situation then I think you should leave him alone, maybe with time he will be fine, may be he wants some alone and peaceful time with himself

It does. My daughter is dealing with social anxiety and she is getting medical help for it, but she doesn't like to talk about it. I'm concerned for her but I give her the space she needs to deal with it. It's hard, but I know she appreciates it.
