Cold go Way

I’ve had a cold (a virus) for a little over a week. It happens it’s cold season and as my husband has told me flu season has also started a few Case are already in. I’m a lot better then I was a week ago but still not back to myself all the way. I’ve been sleeping with my head part of my adjust bed up a little bit. With it being up a little bit it has helped with the slight cough I’ve had. Hopefully a few more days and few more extra sleeps I’ll be 100% again.

a week is too long. Have you tried ginger to prevent the clogging?

I don’t have anything clogged and I don’t keep ginger in the house

When I have a cold or feel the onset of one, I take lots of vitamin C. It really helps the immune system fight off the virus.

It does help but it doesn’t keep you from getting sick and or stopping it but it can shorten the window depending on how bad of the virus it is.
