One of my husband salt water tank mates is a chocolate chip star fish! He made it through last night so that is a good sign. We are calling him Chip because he is a chocolate chip star fish and it seemed fitting for him. Isn’t he cute. We wanted a pink colored on to call Peach but the one we wanted is a $100 one so we went with the $9 star fish instead. He is so interested to watch move around the tank. He crawls and has lots of little legs on his bottom side where his mouth is.

What a cute fellow Chip is! He seems to be waving hello! $9 is better than a $100 starfish, definitely. What do you feed Chip?

He eats the same as everyone else does in the tank. No special food.

@oahuwriter salt water tanks the fish are hardy but in general they can die easily. Chip didn’t make it after a few days it happens. Stress can cause fish to get sick and die and there isn’t anything you can do about it.

Then Chip is very easy to take care of. Having an aquarium is very helpful for it brings relaxing feelings.
