Ordered complete bedrest / myLot

I am advised complete bed rest for 10 days The Sciatica Nerve is playing havoc with me which is pinched at the lumbar region . Have to obey orders and hence will not be able to interact with you. See you later. Have a nice day.

I hope the rest helps you out. My sis has some problems with that, but she has not complained of it recently.

Prolonged bed rest is not what you think.. I am on my feet now and still having issues with my tired feet. Had to search the Net to find out what prolonged...

That's okay with us. Health is far more important.

But you can do myLotting in your android phone. I do that, at night sometimes while trying to be sleepy already/

That is interesting. When I was unable to move and a doc came out to see me, he diagnosed the same, and then advised walking. He said that the advice to stay still had changed. However, if it hurts, I doubt you will get far. Having had to rest my arm and hand for ages, I empathise. Being immobile in any way is very boring and frustrating for the most part. I hope the bed rest works and you are back on your feet soon.
