She Sang With Freddie...

She sang with Freddie in the Olympic Games in Barcelona but now she has gone. She passed over this morning and I don´t think that many knew she was ill. An enormous turn out for this wonder Opera Singer Montserrat Caballé. She will always be remembered although I remember her being a great sport singing with Freddie Mercury the Barcelona Song. Freddie was a great fan of hers also so it was a mutual performance. All credits to both of them. Freddie had an extraordinary voice too.

@LadyDuck I like some Opera and if I don´t like what I hear I go back to it again and see if I was just not paying attention to it. Mario Lanza first started me off on all that although he sang mostly in Films when he was alive and how. I just love the way he sang.

@lovinangelsinstead21 I listen to more sacred classical music than opera.

She has a very good voice. It's sad she's gone.

This was a wonderful occasion I thought. I didn't know anything her other than that she sang with Freddie.

@JudyEv She spent more time travelling the world than anything else so I did not know much about her work either really.
