Subs For Dinner

This afternoon when my hubby got home he decided he wanted a sub sandwich for dinner. That's ok with me. It means I don't have to cook dinner. I had chicken in the fridge that I had thawed out but who am I to object to getting something I don't have to fix. So guess what we are having for dinner tomorrow. So today I did a whole lot of nothing. I was on the computer off and on during the day but other than that I was lazy. Tonight I will be watching TV and not much else. My day has been easy and I will make sure my evening will be too. I'll watch Big Bang and then most likely read until I fall asleep. Sometimes it is nice to just do what you feel like. I think I could get used to this.

I think I'll take a day to do nothing when I get this book finished and off to my publisher. I will definitely deserve it. I hope you had a good relaxing day.

@HazySue Thank you. I just took two unscheduled days off due to back issues. My back feels so much better this morning. Hopefully, I will be able to get work done here today. I hope the unpacking is going well.

I am switching between putting stuff away and being on the computer. Later I will devote myself to writing and research. I think you do deserve a day off.

I like it too. We haven't done much of it lately because of the type of diet I am on. some every so often.However, I have been so good that I can now go off of it

Glad you got to enjoy your day. Being on my own now I find it good and bad. The good part is I can do what I want and when I want the bad part if I am spoiling myself.

I think living by yourself has good and bad about it. I would love the quiet and privacy but would most likely miss the companionship.

@HazySue I also like easy meals like that. I like subs you can put anything you want on it and enjoy all of it going down your throat.

Oh I am so glad you are going to have subs and not have to cook Susan. Enjoy your evening. I threw some ribs and sauce in the insta pot and they are really tender for later on.
