late sleep habits

Your work is not finished, you need more time at night and you sleep late to finish the job, I believe you will feel tired tomorrow morning. Do you often sleep late?
"A study from the University of California, Los Angeles found that the rate of memory loss in people who have a habit of sleeping late is five times higher than that of ordinary people."
What do you think about sleeping late?

I really think it is best to go to bet no later than 10PM though I am often up till midnight. I do feel better when I go to bed earlier.

Yes, I sleep late most of the time, around 5 in the morning. But yesterday, I slept early (11 in the evening) since I was exhausted from working online.

I often sleep late. Absolutely what you say. I'm tired the next day. I will sometimes take a nap to cover the lack of rest because of late sleep. Yeah! A study from the university of California remind me so do not sleep late. I try to become a good person again.
