Hello everyone.. what i would like to share is the feelings of our co-workers that
we need to understand especially when they're in deep silence. We should understand the feelings of insecurities that somehow it is difficult for them to cope up with people who are arrogant sometimes. And this happened always when there are tasks to do outside their duties. Do you experience same thing as i said my friends? Please share your thoughts in common.
