Hi mylotters. Today as Navratri getting over as it's a 9 days festival mentioned by me in my earlier discussion, today is "Dussehra". The Almighty Lord Ram had defeated the evil Ravan on this day, so since a long time on this day the statue of Ravana the evil is burned at different places throughout the country. It's symbolic in a way that we can burn all the evil or bad things in life. Dussehra is celebrated with much enthusiasm in Kolkata as it's their main festival. Over there, the lord Durga conquers over the evil. Personally speaking, we too have program organised in our society. I think everyone can burn their evils sometimes found within ourselves and be positive by doing good things for the society.
