I had thought to do atleast some amount of running today at any cost and guess what I did it finally. I hardly ran for about 4 5 rounds at a very small distance but the main thing is that I did
Something is better than nothing . And I did some workout as well after that. I feel tired and relaxed now but most importantly I feel happy that I finally did a little bit. May be I'll do more tomorrow.

A small step leads to a big leap. So keep it up. I do walking and in between I jog for a round. That is my regular routine in the morning. I exercise for 1 and half hours every morning. In evening I go for 20 minutes walk. I need my exercise as much I need oxygen. I miss them very rarely due to other situations.

@shubhu3 It is tough in beginning but later on it becomes like an addiction. I am addicted to it now.

Not enough if it is done just once. You need to make it a practice. Good Luck.

Exercising on a schedule never works for me. I aim to take a walk every day...minimum to the post office. When it's rainy it's much more difficult to get that walk in. An umbrella is useless because it's usually also fairly windy where I live.
