My back is aching. Doing a lot of stuff online we cannot definitely avoid an aching back. My work as an encoder plus my online stuff, seating for more than 10 hours a day, I think I really need a massage this coming weekend. Do you get a massage when your back is aching? Do you apply something to it? Have a great day everyone!

All I can do when I get a backache is to put some salts in the tub with warm water to ease the pain.

Here in our workplace our boss told me that we should stand up every 2 hours if your workin sitting down and do some walking and stretching exercises. I guess you can afford doing that since you control your time.

My Doctor strongly advised me to stand at least after an hour of sitting. Don't sit for more than two hours I know I did. Efficacin oil might be of help.

I am blessed in that most of my aches and pains can be cured with two aspirin and laying down for a couple of hours. Everybody knows what works for them. Back aches are no fun but I don't get them often. I'm on my laptop all day and sometimes I get pains in my legs. I just get up and move around.

10 hours is too long. Have a good posture and comfortable chair while working. Also do take some breaks and take a short walk. These tips help in long run. Avoiding in initial stage may lead to complications later. Take care. Hope the massage relieves your pain.
