I've been penalized due to technical issue!?

I've been an online teacher for almost 3 to 4 months already. Earlier I'm waiting for my open book to be booked, but suddenly when I check my salary I noticed that I've been charged for something.
I looked back to my schedule and it shows that no one booked at that time but yet I've been penalized and tagged as absent!
This isn't the first time that I got penalized due to a technical issue, they're willing to refund the penalties but it'll be paid on next cut off. I'm getting tired of this penalties, I think I'm going to switch to other home based job.

@Nickzter1331 Yeah that's right and I'm so glad that they do that, because other company just simply ignore you
