I've been penalized due to technical issue!?

I've been an online teacher for almost 3 to 4 months already. Earlier I'm waiting for my open book to be booked, but suddenly when I check my salary I noticed that I've been charged for something. I looked back to my schedule and it shows that no one booked at that time but yet I've been penalized and tagged as absent! This isn't the first time that I got penalized due to a technical issue, they're willing to refund the penalties but it'll be paid on next cut off. I'm getting tired of this penalties, I think I'm going to switch to other home based job. How's everyone!

Wow they should do something about it else they will lose a lot of teachers who experience the same issues you do.

@tech40 That is good to know but I think they should check before they penalize someone since doing so might cause the teachers to get discouraged using their platform.

I got refunded and the penalty is removed, I'm glad that they immediately take an action about it

My friend who works as an Online Teacher doesn't have this kind of issue. But at least they are going to refund you. And there are still a lot of online sites there for you.
