Sick day :(

Today, I got up with a terrible headache. I ate breakfast, which didn't set too well, and went to our faculty meeting before school. I waited until the end of the meeting and then told them there was no way I should be teaching today. Of course I had to set up things for a sub, so I was copying worksheets and writing sub plans for at least 30 minutes after that. I slept all day and I think I'm better... if the food digests. So far I have had a bit of okayu (rice porridge) and a bit of chicken broth. Have you ever had to leave work to go home sick? How did you feel about it? I feel guilty whenever I have to stay or go home!
