I hold my kids close and tell them I love them. I think with all the negativity in government and ugliness in the world we need to make our little corners of the world special, warm and inviting. Let those close to us know how much we love them. Make them aware of how special they are. Pray for something good to happen in election 2020. Hope for people to get the help they need and that those with mental issues get the care they need. Visualize in your mind more a better environment and a more positive media approach to the world.

Surrounding yourself with positive things can really help.

The news media wants all of us to fight one another and shuttle in a New World Order.

Not only will it make those around you feel good and loved but it will also make you feel good to have done so.

Gratitude is the most powerful form of prayer. :)
