Bathing the DOGS!

It is the first day of November; my kid brother visited the church to give thanks for his 54 years of life. I greeted him when he brought in Sydney his dog.
Since my son is home, I requested him to help me bathe the dogs. I bathed Chibi, then he and my older brother took turns in bathing the bigger dogs. Zeus, Jordan, London, Trixie, Xander and Macy were bathed by them.
My sister? She just asked if all dogs were bathed and when I said there are 3 more for tomorrow, she said ‘all should be bathed now’. I disagreed; it is not easy to bathe a dog. It took me 15 minutes to bathe the Pomeranian, and my son and my brother bathed each for 10 minutes each.
Jordan has some matted fur. My son trimmed the fur, and my sister asked (cynically) if Jordan looked like an abandoned dog. She also said ‘she cannot brush the hair whenever the dogs are bathed’ to which I disagreed again. “Since when did you bathe the dogs? You only bathe Sydney!”
Oh well! It is another month of having the weird interaction with my sister again!

@LadyDuck hahaha! she has a sweet tooth. for our dessert this lunch, she brought out a pack of 'pastillas de leche' (sweet milk candies) and she ate a-plenty. but her personality is the same.

yes it is. i have 2 days of work only, so i took over the task of my son, but i bathe our dogs after every 2 weeks.

@Courage7 i have to. my sister complains of pain on her fingers and knuckles. i do not do hard work, just those that don't exhaust me much.

@minx267 since i was exhausted from yesterday's activity, i let my son bathe the remaining 2 dogs; one a repeater.

I guess this is a disadvantage for having one more dog. Yeah, i had that experience and it was hard already.

i can bathe 3 dogs in a day but my son and brother did the bathing of the bigger dogs.

Oh my I didn't know that is how hard to bathed the dog especially that they are many. But I think its a good activity you had there with your brother and your son, of course also with your boss sister

i agree with you. it was a family activity- the doers were me, my son, and my brother. the commander was my only sister.

the dogs are usually bathed every week, but since my son works, i bathe the dogs once in 2 weeks.

No idea but I think it's very difficult to bathe a dog. But tell your sister that she should learn these things. How could she be so irresponsible?

she is not irresponsible. she does the heavy work here at home. what i dislike is her cynical manner of talking to me.
i can tell anything to my sister. thanks for your advice but no thanks.
