Nature is not very co-operative sometimes. We have Gerbera plants that ought to yield sometime around this time. They did not last year but we now see one bloom.
These flowers add kind of art to my garden with their perfect formation and bright colour. We had two other colours yellow and red but not any more.

It stays for many days. The only drawback is that the stem is not strong enough. It needs a prop

Hope you manage to get them to grow then.
I thought I could never grow anything and I grew twelve pine trees seedlings of course but they grew strong and tall.
