What if?

Okay, I am not able to fix my Yahoo temporary error. They insist that they cannot find my account, password, phone number, anything. Of course that is not a live person. One website says it happens when you are flagged as suspicious. Me, suspicious? It was a commenter on a Yahoo help forum, but others said he was wrong. So, what if I just open a new account with the same old information and e mail address? Would that work?

You could try it, but you'll probably get a notice that that email is already in use. Catch 22. Good luck.

How can you put the same email address with new account. I am not aware of it. I hope you will recover the account

I thought I possibly could since they keep saying it is not in their records. I do not know. Someone else said it would take about forty eight hours for them to resolve the issue. I am very frustrated.
