I'm glad he made Cameos before he died

It's hard to believe that they used to look down on him during his younger days. I heard of him back in my high school days while reading marvel comics. But I was surprised first time that he actually made his first cameo back in 1989! Now, he's more popular than ever. Sadly, he didn't reach 100 years age. Probably never going to meet him in person, ever! But I'm happy that He was alive in my life time.

I heard about his passing yesterday. I never met him but a couple of my friends did. Of course, those friends are comic book artists themselves.
