I started to experience trigger finger- a condition where you experience stiffness of your fingers. last year and I blamed my smartphone for that lol. I always had my smartphone with me and playing games online. My friends said it's age related which I cannot totally agree because my younger colleagues are also experiencing it. In the morning I can hardly bend my fingers at the same time, especially my right hand fingers, ( I am right handed). At least these time I seldom experience it. Maybe finger exercise had help in treating it and also I am trying to maintain a balanced meal with lots of veggies and fruits. Had you had some trigger finger problem? How do you treat them.

@florelway Yes, I have experienced my hand or fingers freezing on me. I talked to the doctor about it and I think he said it is arthritis.

@Hannihar, How did you cure it? Did you doctor give you some sort of medications, or any food to avoid?

Finger excercise can be good ,giving rest from using smartphone from time to time is best.

Right we need to rest and let smartphone stand by for a few hours.
