Sprained Ankle

Yesterday evening I was upstairs putting some washing away.
I heard a crash and then my 4 year old screaming.
I ran down stairs to see what was was going on, unfortunately in my haste to get to my son I lost all co-ordination and went over on my ankle, half way down the stairs.
I slid the rest of the way down the stairs, my son was at the other side of the living room (my stairs are in the living room). I couldn't stand up to get to him but luckily he came to me. He had fallen over and hit his head on my mug which was on the floor next to the sofa. He was shaken but absolutely fine after a few minutes.
Me on the other hand, I couldn't walk for the rest of the evening, at first I was convinced I had broken it, I couldn't move my ankle at all. I had to sit with it elevated for hours, I had it elevated on a pillow all night and it feels a bit better this morning but is still really hurting.
I still don't have full movement in it and it feels wrong, if that makes sense.
I have to try and drive to get petrol today so I will see how it feels then because I am not looking forward to my 90min drive to work tomorrow :/ Fingers crossed it will be ok.
I am so clumsy I am always hurting myself!

It is starting to feel better this evening, I don't think it is as bad as I first thought hopefully a few days of taking it easy will sort it out x

This one might be but I am genuinely clumsy, I am always stubbing my toes and walking into door frames. I think I walk around with my eyes closed half of the time x
