We usually have this basket out in our restroom in case the toilet paper runs out , whoever is there can just easily grab a new role How do you store your toilet paper ?

We keep the package in the bathroom, but out of the way of that area. I try to keep four to six extra right next to the toilet but in a cabinet. Then even if a guest ran out, I'm sure they'd look there first. I know I've looked in the cabinets of people I did and didn't know well when the tp is almost out. And I've done that even before running out completely in case the next person doesn't care to look. I mean, what private things would be stored in a bathroom cabinet? Drawers, maybe, but rarely cabinet. Plus, I don't look through things, just get the tp out and shut the door.

I buy the big size and I store it in a large storage closet in our family room, but I have two rolls on a rack that hangs from the toilet.

That's a lot of spare rolls! Ours are on a toilet roll holder. Our cat Charlie would love a basket of rolls like that. He likes attacking them and ripping them to shreds!
