Suffering both mentally and physically due to toxin build up in the body can be dangerous to your health. This can make it very hard to burn off body fat. Are you suffering from headaches, indigestion, skin breakouts, feeling tired or anxious, or having trouble sleeping? If so doing a full cleanse can reduce these symptoms. Cleanses can be in powder, teas or capsules form and usually lasts for about 14 days. During this time it might be a good idea to stick to gentle yoga sessions or walking since your energy may be low. Many of the cleanses do not restrict but just limit your intake of sugars, processed foods and any foods with chemicals or toxins.
The new year is a great time to cleanse the body of toxins and unhealthy buildup. You may even lose a few pounds. A cleanse can be used for a week or so three or four times a year.
Have you done a cleanse in the past? Will you do one at any point?

It is funny you should mention this! I bought some Traditional Medicinals "Everday Detox Tea" today. Of course, I've become quite the herbal tea fanatic lately. Some of the ingredients in this tea are also ingredients I have in other teas, so I am trying to be careful not to overindulge in teas.
The Everday Detox Tea is good, it's a different type of taste though. I drink all of my teas plain, no honey or lemon added.

@celticeagle The only thing I put honey on is maybe toast, or with walnuts and cinnamon.

I do short walk every morning. It feels really good when your body is fit and healthy.

I have, and I will again. Its hard to get through, but feel so much better. My parents fast one day each week. Haven't heard negative or positive about that though.

Everyone seems to have their own way of doing this.
