Favorite Board Games ~ ClueClue is the classic mystery whodunit board game that puts you to the task of finding the murderer of poor Mr. Buddy in his mansion. Who did it? How was it done? And where in the nine rooms was it done? There six possible weapons, nine rooms and six suspects. Many possibilities and clues to investigate. This game was patented in 1947 by Anthony E. Pratt of Bournemouth, England but, productions were delayed during the war. Parker Brothers got the U.S. rights to the game in 1949. It is sold in 40 countries today.

I haven't played Clue in awhile, but it is a lot of fun.

I also love the 1985 movie with Tim Curry. I will often watch it while playing a more modern version of the game. I still think the version I played when I was a little girl is the best though.

I think the earlier ones are best.
