I think I suffer from severe PMS. I have not visited a doctor yet but I know the signs and I have been exhibiting almost each one of them. Yesterday I was a mess, I made an outburst of emotions to my exe boyfriend who might have been wanting me back. I am not sad that it happened, I am glad I pushed him away because he is a player and I know three of his different girlfriends and one baby mama.
I am today working on distracting myself from such a reaction again. I am putting more effort in my online work, I am pushing away all negative thoughts and I have confided in my best friend so that she can help me get through this. She is coming today to spend time with me in my apartment and I know it will go well, she always cheers me up.
This is the first time I am reaching out for help with this issue and I am so proud of myself. My hope for a brighter future and a better me are being restored.
I wish you a great day Friends. Always reach out to the people who love you whenever you feel overwhelmed.
