Simple tips in this article can really be effective if you do not want to gain weight this winter.
A few examples are:
Who doesn't love some comforting vegetable soup?
A little yogurt makes a good swap.
Why not stir some hot cocoa into your coffee?
Bulk up your meals with some beans.
Clip on a pedometer first thing in the morning and calculate how many steps you accumulate inside your home all day or away from home.
Little steps can be just as effective.

@Spontaneo Nothing much this week, but I plan to join a gym and get back on track once we get to Florida and settle back in. Thanks.

I would suggest to buy a cheap pedometer as opposed to an expensive fitbit. If the fitbit breaks, you are going to be out of alot of money. Cheap pedometers are just as good!
