A sweet potato vender is just crossing by and in winters these eatery vendors are blessing.My daughter loves these soft moist potatoes roasted on coals.They serve it with dash of black salth and mild spices.They are really mouth watering.

Good to hear that your daughter loved it. I love eating sweet potato too the simplest way of cooking it “steamed”.

I love its smell and its taste. It's different from boiled ones and I found it to have a better taste. I love to put some dressing on that as sweet potato salad.
