Dentist tomorrow

So I have had a tooth that has been bothering me off and on for a while now and well for the last three days it has been pretty none stop. I don't have dental insurance so I been trying to put it off. I decided to call the dentist a little while ago cause the pain is getting worse and they said they can get me in tomorrow. I guess I got to get it taken care of. I, like I am sure most people do not like going to the dentist. Sometimes you just have to, for the most part my teeth are good but this one just is not being nice to me. I'm already feeling uneasy about going, that is not good. There is not a lot of things in life that I'm scared of or make me feel uneasy, but dentist certainly are on that list. Do they scare you or do you dread going to the dentist?

We don´t have any sort of dental insurance in my country But I have preferred to take care of my teeth before they hurt because then it is a lot more expensive.

Yes, but even taking care of them, sometimes things happen and you start to get pain. I am at that point now, nothing I can do but go to the dentist now. I'm sure it will be more money than I really want to pay but it's better than the pain.

@Bensen32 I know. I have a friend who has the gums that have abscesses once in a while. Fortunately he earns well. He spends a lot on that.

As a little child i had fear from dentist. I don't have fear anymore, i love to go to do dentist.

@Moon24 Well a little yes :) It freaks me out. I get so worked up I am sweating before the dentist even looks in my mouth.

I hope all worked out for you! Yes, dentists are not my favorite people as there is always pain involved and some of my most painful moments have been at the dentist.

@Bensen32 I wish they could invent a way to heal teeth without pain as that would be so nice! Then, I would look forward to going to the dentist. He or she would become my best friend.

You are right, I think that most people hates to go to the dentist, but when you are in pain you must go. Good luck to you.

I think a lot of people do, I know I do. I try to take care of my teeth as best I can so i don't have to go but sometimes it is just unavoidable.

Yes. I dread going to the dentist. Because I dread so much many dentists refuse to receive me.
