Someone said in a forum, so sorry to say, Mr Trump has the face for radio. i haven't ever heard this before. they i googled to find out what does it means. Typically a person on visual media has a pleasant looking face, easy to look at. A radio face may be less attractive to those doing the appraisal, suited more for the audio media. No one can see you on the radio so it doesn't matter what you look like, what matters is your voice and personality.
Or in single word, it mean "ugly".

Radios are so useful when one can not have access to TV or other sources of news or music.

Certainly appearances aren't so important if the person is only on radio.
