I'm off to Manchester for the weekend shortly, attending a friend's pre-Christmas party tonight and visiting my Mum tomorrow, so I'll be offline until Sunday evening.
I guess this doubles up as my diary entry for yesterday, Fiday 21st December 2018, which involved packing for today and writing the last of my Xmas cards, those I'll give to expected guests tonight.
Yesterday was the Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year so the nights will get gradually longer now. Maybe I should have dressed as a druid and sacrificed someone on a hilltop alter - we should keep up the traditional Christmas ways. Lol.
Have fun, and I'll hopefully be back before Xmas Eve.
