Weekend

The weekend was good. The beach was nice. Nice temperature wise, and just plain beautiful otherwise. We saw a turtle as well, not a sea turtle but regular kind. Then Friendsmas was nice as well.
Today I've made to batches of potato candy for the family tomorrow.

@LadyDuck So far, yes. I woke up and took a walk this morning. I guess you'd call it a preemptive move since I'll be eating a lot for lunch.

For 20 minutes or so. We were down at the coast for my friend's cousins baby shower. She was induced last weekend, which was when the shower was supposed to happen. This past weekend they had the shower with baby in tow.
It was a lovely little day trip and I picked up a couple of shells as well. One of which I want to make into a piece of jewelry.

@Courage7 I would have been perfectly content to stay there all day. We also saw a turtle, not a sea turtle either. I'll upload the picture to your comment here once I get home. Poor guy, he kept being washed ashore, though he was trying to make it to the sea. We helped him on his course.
