indonesian like eating raw vegetables, especially when we eat chicken or fish. mostly we eat raw cabbage, cucumber, basil, tomato, and lettuce . but the most special is of course the spice. indonesian spice is made from smshed chilies, and garlic. really spicy.

We filipinos love to eat raw cucumber, tomato and lettuce but not all love to eat spicy just like me I don`t like to eat spicy food

yes, i live in mids of java island. the tsunami is in the western part of the island

Damn. You made me craving for them at 1 in the morning. I eat a lot of ulam too. The important thing is the sambal. Make it right, and you can eat it with anything.

I'm not really fond of very spicy foods. I wish I was. Maybe I just need to eat more of it.
