It wasn't just the turkey that was stuffed!

Honestly, you'd think I'd know better by now but it seems like some people never learn! What with the nibbles and snacks before dinner, the four course dinner itself (soup, turkey with all the trimmings, trifle, coffee and cheeseboard) and the evening nibbles (pretzels mainly) by the time we all had had enough and retired for the night we were all full-on fully stuffed. It was the same last year and it will probably be the same next year.
Mind you, it was all delicious!

@AmbiePam Trifle is a dessert consisting of jelly, fruit and sponge cake pieces as a base topped with custard and/or cream. Some people will add chocolate flakes to the topping. It's delicious but sooo fattening!

I was hungry around 11 a.m but will be playing lunch by ear. Not the least bit hungry! Yesterday's dinner might have had something to do with it!!

wow, you can eat so many types of food in two different session.
It is time to get healthy now. Go to exercise.
I never have so much food in a day. It would probably equivalent to my 3 days meals.

I know how you feel! I will probably put on a few pounds from all this stuffing myself at all the Christmas parties I attended.

I certainly never do
