Pulled up the morning glories...

The morning glories were "done" for the most part for quite a while--they still had a few flowers on them--maybe that's part of the reason why I didn't put more importance in pulling them up.
Any way, it's done now, and most of the wire thingies that they were growing on were put to the side of the jade plant on the porch. I don't know why, I left one of them standing up. I should take care of the morning glories that are "done" and all stringy that were growing in the Juniper bushes, too--but maybe that's a project for Monday.
I left a lot of the dead leaves, and no doubt a bazillion seeds there in the garden to be "mulch". There will likely be a ton more morning glories next year, too.

They are, I have found, pretty easy to take care of--you just have to be careful to watch them because they grow everywhere once they get going, and if you don't want them to, that could be a problem.

I don't try to get rid of them, I enjoy them.

No--I generally pull them up by the metal things that they're climbing up. If they crawl out into the pathway by where they're growing, I pick up the vine and put it back in with the rest of the plant.
