This Is Totally RIDICULOUS

So folks. Do please try to contain yourselves, and please do not crowd anyone. Make room for others. But THIS is where all of the magic of Porwest happens.
Speaking of magic, if anyone knows of any good deals on magic wands, I think I may need one to clean this horrible mess up!
I do all of my MyLotting here, and of course it is also my "virtual" music studio. I call it my man room. My wife calls it a sh*t pit. Probably rightly so. I am not typically a slob, and I am not exactly sure how this room got so away from me.
But it has definitely gotten away from me.
I am generally not one to make new year's resolutions since I rarely follow through. But this room definitely needs a resolution of sorts. It's on the list. Especially after this morning I got caught up in a tangle of various cords that go to musical instruments, amplifiers, recording software and the like...
And spilled my coffee onto the carpet.
I will let you all know how it goes if I get around to it, and maybe share a picture of my space all cleaned up and organized. See you next year.

All those cords are definitely dangerous! I have proof that cords lying around within three feet of me slither over in front of me to trip me. It's true.

Well, it's better than our house at the moment, if that helps any! I think I should have added that to my resolution list that I just posted, lol.

@MommyOfEli2013 My wife struggles to keep up with me, that's for sure. And I will admit I am not extremely helpful around the house. But I AM a guy. Most of us aren't.

@sofssu I suppose progress is better if it's productive. Of course, by definition isn't that what progress is? I am simply taking it that it's progress for me to have the idea to get started on something. If I actually start the project a better word for that might be "miracle."

They do look a little bit vicious don't they? It reminds me of a story I wrote once back in my horror days called The Vine. Maybe I should share it here one day in installments, maybe around Halloween next year. Gotta make sure my First North American Serial Rights make it available to me though. But yes, those cords. Egads.

I just hope those wires and cords don't wake up, you know, a nightmare, once they are woke up, I hope they don't strangle you. That could be bad for you.
