Happy New year from England!

Northampton, England
December 31, 2018 5:05pm CST
New Year's seems to be all about which city can have the biggest firework display now. Sydney looks like the opening scene from Apocalypse Now and London looks like another Guy Fawkes night. It really is a lot of public money spent that could be spent better. But it looks pretty and we all know in life that's the only thing that matters today.

It's a little less than three hours for my time zone in the eastern part of America. I hope 2019 brings you good health and blessings!

Wish you a very Happy New Year 2019. That is a great fireworks display over the Thames River. Yes some extra money is spent but not everything can be perfect in this world!

I agree that it is wasted money, but people seem to like. Happy New Year.

Can't disagree that money could be used other ways. But I do enjoy fireworks. Guess I am a hypocrite.
