They are remaking Aladdin / myLot

I heard they were remaking it, and being a fan of Disney, i look forward to it. But then i saw some pictures of Will Smith painted blue in some youtube clips - i thought it was a joke, but he really would play the genie

Robin Williams was the first one, i can't really imagine anyone can pull it off as good as he did.

Just imagining Will's voice doesn't really sound right, but we'll just have to wait and see

@lady1993 Some movies / shows are hard to accept when it's a remake when the originals were just a classic. I would still love to see the remake of Aladdin to see how it's all done but I know I will always think about Robin Williams in regards to the Genie. I'm sure Will will do great but whenever I think of the Genie, I will always think about Robin.

Robin Williams will always be the best genie but I don't believe that Will Smith will be a bad one. He is a great actor and will do great in the role since he is also another very beloved actor by a lot of people like Robin Williams still is. I haven't seen any trailers yet of the film but I am sure it will be good and I can't wait to see it.
