Thats Christmas done for another year .....Phew !!!

Yes , today is the day when the Christmas decorations come down …. We have always followed this tradition . It has been my job for several years now to climb up into the depths of the darkness that is known as THE LOFT ….. It never used to bother me much ...I quite enjoyed it …. But last year for some unknown reason I had a panic attack whilst I was up there.... I guess with that in mind I was not looking forward to going up this year ….added to that the fact that my knee has been playing up the last few weeks so it was not the best thing for me to be doing ….. yet it had to be done.... So, this morning everything was packed away into the boxes and this afternoon we took the plunge !!! A few deep breaths kept the panic attack away ...just ...and I had to take it slow and steady with the knee …. but I managed to do it …. So , that's it ...Christmas is packed away for another year ….
