I heard it was usually cold in Delhi so some Indian weather is a lot colder than it is normally. I guess Indian schools don't have heating systems. They are more likely to have air conditioning. I would be happy if I was in that situation. Tomorrow term begins for my son and my daughters school term begins on Tuesday.

@amitkokiladitya I understand travelling to and from school is a concern in the very cold weather. So you don't have heating in the schools.

No..we don't have heating systems in the schools. Though the school building is not that cold, it is the traveling to and from the school which is a matter of concern

Our schools never closed unless the roads were dangerous... never from the cold!!

Haha! You should feel both. Happy that you will be spending time with your kid and sad because he/she won't be at school studying.
