This morning as I was wandering through lovethispic web site I came across this wonderful image of things to give up. I thought it was perfect for the beginning of the new year.
I was rather impressed by the things they mentioned and decided it would be a good list for me to copy and put on my goals board. Usually I put things to work towards doing and including in my life. In this case it think it is a good idea to put a few things that I should try to stay away from.
What do you think? Do you think it is a good idea to put a few goals that include things you need to or want to stop doing or including in your life?

I have my goals already written in the Bible. =) I want to become the words in there and I read it daily so I don't need to write it down.

What a great list that is! And I love her signature underneath. I recently put a little sign on my fridge. It reads, "Make life happen. No one can take away my self-confidence, but me. Address the elephant. React to facts, not feelings."

I like the picture and the ideas it contains. That is some great advice. Yes, I think we should all have some goals of what we want to pursue and achieve.
One goal I have is do some activity/ exercise every day.

@HazySue Yes, it is useful and important to have goals. One who has no goals has no idea where he is going.

That's a really good list and sometimes we have to remember to stay away from some things that are hindering us. I especially need to work on #5 and #6

I wish it was easy to not overthink, or not have sugary things.
