Some one was adding us on Facebook yesterday and it was my Aunt. I was shocked and immediately blocked her because I thought it was an impostor. Not to mention I warned my niece to remove her from her friends-list.
But oh boy I was wrong. I called them that day and learned that they have finally set up their WiFi and she's been trying to add some of us. I quickly unblock her and told every body to add her.
I'm glad they finally have internet, at least I don't have to pay for skype anymore that much just to give them a call
She's still has trouble navigating though
I can't help her much since she's using Iphone 7 but mom strongly advised them to buy a laptop instead.

@thelme55 There can be hackers out there though. Or maybe you are afraid they might get hooked way to much to social media? I don't blame you @andriaperry

Why not @andriaperry? Facebook is my way of connecting my siblings from other countries as well as some relatives and friends. I don't accept friends request from people I don't like. Sometimes, I do until I found their posts annoying
and deleted them from my friends list.
and deleted them from my friends list.1 person likes this

That is good that they have WiFi now. So they can stay in touch with you through Facebook. Do you have to pay for Skype?? We don't pay

oh, i think this is the answer:
"How much does it cost to call mobiles and landlines from Skype?
Skype to Skype calls are free – but to call a mobile or landline from Skype, you need a little Skype Credit or a subscription. The price you pay depends on the country you're calling to, not the country you're calling from. Our call rates are the same wherever you are calling from. They only vary depending on where you are calling to."

Hello @aureliah It's not an experiment, they just couldn't deal with the calls on their mobile phone and land line.

@fluffy69 Not really, they just chose not to go with the flow when it comes to internet. To be honest, they should have done a long time ago.

Hello @lady1993 Well, I know her account before so it was shocking when some one in her name started adding me. Glad she clarified it.

They can use the phone but it would be riddled with apps that they don't want @jstory07 or aren't even familiar with.

@Letranknight2015 we are only 3 at home, and it is not for business connection. in fact, the signal is strong. there are many here who are in to PLDT MYDSL, and we are contented with it.

Hello @banksim we were almost scammed before and some whom we blocked once used impostor names to infiltrate us.
