Black Mountain Chocolate.
Now, Black Mountain is actually a place here in NC. My family hails from in and around it. I still have family (greats) living there today. The BMC company was founded in Black Mountain but has a store / factory down here in my city as well. My friend and I entered to win a giftcard and we won.
I opted to have them mail it to me. Once it arrives, I'll go and get a few goodies. They have hot chocolate mixes, chocolate bars, and all sorts of other really cool goodies. You can also see the chocolate being prepared right in front of you.
When I go, I'll have to take video and pictures and share some of that here with you.

Hot chocolate, dark chocolate, blondies, yum.
I really don't need it, but then who can say no to chocolate?
Well I guess those allergic, and those who get migraines from eating it...

@hillhjill I feel so bad for them as well! I have soo much chocolate here. I have several bags of morsels that weren't used during the baking party with friends. I need to bake cookies or make fudge or something. I just haven't yet.

It probably won't be until sometime next week. The funny thing is, we were actually on that side of town yesterday but obviously before the mail arrived. I haven't been there in ages, but I think I'll probably get two bars of chocolate.

Heh, well actually.. a town just a few minutes down the road from Black Mountain? They'd probably accept ya. It's gotten more artistic over the years.

I just go thte card n the mail today. I had them mail it to me as I wasn't sure when I would be in next. I am hoping to go soon though.

You know they were hiring awhile back. It's too far away to be going to everyday for work though. Also, I would probably buy something chocolate every day I worked there.

Oh wow congrats on the win! Sounds like an awesome place. I'd love to see the chocolate being made. I bet it smells amazing in there!

I haven't only been in there once, and I don't rightly recall the smells. I believe a brewery of sorts operates next door to it.

I think that the one in Winston is only the second store. There's one in Black Mountain (obviously).

Yes. I was so surprised but pleasantly so!
I think I might buy one of their bars and freeze it. That way I have it for awhile and won't eat it all up and regret it. $15.00, and I think that will buy two bars from them.

I have, several times throughout my life.
Obviously, since I have family there.
The store I'll go to is in my city, which is about two hours away from Black Mountain.

I am just crazy about chocolates. If I were you I'd pick a huge chocolate bar and never share with anybody. LOL I'm sorry I am a little selfish when it comes to chocolates. I'll look forward to seeing the pictures! Great post!
