Yesterday afternoon I made some quicken gluten free chocolate chip scones. I hadn’t done them before and I had been looking for some breakfast that I could make my 3 year old to have other then his typical choices. He seemed to like them so I’ll be making them again. I liked them too I tried one and it wasn’t grainy it was nice and moist and soft like you would want the inside of a scone to be. Prefect for coffee, tea, juice or milk to have with it. The recipe is so easy you Can easily change to be any type of scone like strawberry or blueberry or even just cinnamon scone. What ever you like in your scone or just a plain buttery one. Here’s the link if you want to try it.
I've made these gluten free scones hundreds of times now, with berries, chocolate chips, cinnamon & raisins. But ALWAYS with my never-gritty gfJules Flour!

It is and it’s not two sugary either. I can change up the flour as well if I want to change it. The yogurt helps keep it moist

@ShyBear88 that's great, I have made gluten free stuff and didn't like the gritty stuff in it.

@hillhjill yeah you kind of have to play with them some times to get them to your liking. I do really good gluten free pumpkin bread and banana bread it taste just like real bread.

@ShyBear88 That is nice that they came out fine. They look more like something we have for one of our holidays. We have holiday in April where we cannot eat levened bread. We eat matza and some make something that looks like your picture. They are not scones.

Yeah scones are made of wheat flour this one is a mixed none wheat flour since my little one has a wheat germ allergy so it’s mostly made of a corn flour or almond flour
