Be honest, ok?
When was the last time you played / practiced any sports? either by medical recommendation or by the pleasure of cherishing a healthier life... Or even, just for fun?
Currently (on a regular basis... at least 3 to 4 times per week), I have been practicing hiking, running and swimming.

I do regular hiking, running, cycling and swimming along with yoga. It is a part of my day to day life.

Good for you that you can do that. Very rarely in my end, I think that's what I need "to rock and roll".

@WiseGhots yes im not an active guy. I work from monday to saturday 7am to 7pm. Sunday is for rest and shopping so no time indeed to hike.
