OMG... I hate queuing!

Okay, I understand that many times, the queues need to be formed so there is a standard of quality care... But why in some places everything needs to be so time consuming? until a few minutes ago that I lost almost 2 hours in the queue of a bank to pay some bills.
What a stressful thing! I believe you also hate queuing, or am I wrong?
