Isn't it a Good News?

I have a classmate in high school that I met in FB recently. This person is one of the closest among the circle of friends in school. We’re classmates during 3rd up to 4th year in high school. After graduation, most of us lead to separate lives as others stay in the place for college while other go to other places.
For many years, I haven’t heard so much about this person because communication is not the same before as today.
This person is now living abroad for several years with so many changes in life and now owns a business. Our conversation was not that long and mostly an exchange of information from past and current lives. What surprises me is when the person told me if I am willing to start a business of my own because she’s willing to help me with the capital. This is good news because I am dreaming this for quite a time but I just can’t start yet because I need a sufficient amount to start the business. I hope I can come up with my business plan and I hope she really meant that words because it’s not easy to get a loan from banks and lending institutions for start up businesses.
Would you accept the offer from the person you know if you were offered the same?
I think that it’s just rare because not everyone would risk offering their hard earn money for others.
This would be another direction should materialized and I’m not closing the possibility.

i would be touched by her gesture. maybe just keep the communication lines open so you both know what you expect from each other.
