I have been infected with an earworm!

Don't be concerned, it's not as bad as it sounds! An 'earworm' is the name given to a song or tune which sticks in your mind.
You know the sort of thing I mean - that meaningless jingle or catchy tune you hear and then, for some reason, can't get out of your mind and find yourself humming, whistling or singing for the rest of the day.
The one I currently have infecting me is a song from a great Scottish singer of days gone by. Andy Stewart was very popular in Scotland for his rendition of songs about Scotland.
Sadly, he is now dead but his legacy lives on in the shape songs like the one below which, for some reason, I can't get out of my head!

It's happened to me more than a couple of times. My wife says that's because my head's empty so there's plenty of room for a silly song!

@ThreeTeddies I didn't say I liked it but unfortunately my grand kids do. Your right there is no hope for me
