My First Sinulog Festival

Sinulog is the biggest festival in Cebu City and by miracle my mom allowed me to join. Due to the typhoon it was raining but hey rain or shine I had to see what it’s all about.
My cousin and I went to the streets bought a straw hat for cover and danced with the crowd. Then some dirty (paint dirty kids) decided to paint my face and I got the ugliest paint job in the world. But I loved it! PIT SEÑOR!

I always love a good festival! And by the looks of it, you had a great time, even in the rain! What is the Sinulog festival? What is it celebrating?
